I go here normally to get my haircut along with the MVP. I had an issue a while back and the manager Cindy emailed me and made everything right. As a business owner I appreciate when people take responsibility. I went back yesterday for a haircut and MVP and my stylist did a great job. I love her attention to detail and she did a great job. I just want to publicly thank you for hiring Madi from the sandwich shop next door — and her apparent apprentice, who I’m pretty sure wandered in from the side of the highway. I generously offered to let the apprentice cut my hair. She declined. Said she just finished school but doesn’t technically have her license yet. Comforting. Very comforting. Now listen… I don’t know how good Madi’s turkey clubs were back in her sandwich-artist days, but I am absolutely convinced she has found her true calling in life: resurrecting the confidence of an aging man desperately trying to impress his wife of 37 years. Madi was kind. Complimentary. Professional. She even looked genuinely concerned when she knocked my glasses off my face and onto the floor. That’s customer service. I drove home slowly. Very slowly. Not because I had to — but because I kept admiring what might be the greatest haircut in modern history in my rearview mirror. I’ve been home 20 minutes. My wife hasn’t stopped staring. She’s not sure who I am… but she’s intrigued. For the record, I walked in asking for an aggressive 80’s mullet. Madi gently explained that I “didn’t quite have the hair inventory” for that request. Apparently my former jheri curl glory days were not convincing enough. (She also had no idea what a jheri curl was, which tells me I officially qualify for senior discounts.) So instead of a mullet… I left with a mohawk. A MOHAWK. My life has been renewed. My marriage is thriving. My neck is cold. 10/10. Would absolutely trust again.
